Great Product with amazing offerring moreso using the cost of $8.95 for any SharePoint site....I love the Fantastci 40 template which was provided. Responsive and useful I'm not yet been disappointed using the support.

These men are wonderful. I registered couple of days back on Memorial day to check sharepoint. I needed to contact support on the day that for many queries and as it turned out support was available and repsonded quite quick...the sales guy explained that they're true 24 X 7 and that i didnt work hard at it...however the sales guy really meant as he stated tru 24 x 7 support.

I registered for MS Project Server services. Less marketed. Billed additional costs for creating reviews at $39.99 per user. Reviews weren't set up - needed to wait seven days for your to become resolved. When that got resolved, couldn't personalize confirming because Apps4 Rent stated I needed to pay one more charge for SQL. Summary - in the marketed costs you can't create reviews out of your Project server atmosphere. However the real kicker came after i attempted to cancel my account. I known as other family members . of my agreement 29 August and was told the way to cancel was automated - send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail at 3 am around the 30th August after which was told I would get an email in the cancellation server. That happened, completed the shape, etc, sent it in. Inside a couple of hrs still around the 30 August I received a lot of system produced emails saying I owed another month payment for September and my account couldn't be cancelled. What a lot of bull. Everybody should certainly look close in the service levels you are receiving - it must be superior elsewhere.

These idiots ended by e-mail take into account non-payment despite the fact that I had been on auto-pay. These were delivering me notices that there is an issue for an e-mail address that doesn't exist, and so i was totally not aware that there is an issue until they shut lower my e-mail account. Yes, you heard that right! They didn't send me notices to my e-mail address, that we am having to pay them for! It’s nothing like they “did not have access to my e-mail address!”. WTF! Freak’n Nonwinners! Consequently of the incompetency I lost all my e-mails, history, my entire address book, etc. Everything! They had the “balls” to request me for any $50 fee to re-install my data using their backup server. Contact them sometime. They're huddled up inside a little room somewhere in India and you will really hear rotary phones (yes, “rotary phones) ringing without anyone's knowledge. This will make understanding their poor British even more difficult! Have fun with these men . . . . . .

Great support! Happen to be hosting exchange together for three years. We accidentally erased one mailbox they first got it in an hour or so of posting the request! Also, added SharePoint Enterprise together.

I'd recommend these to anyone who's searching to host SharePoint or Project Server. They've probably the most knowledgeable team available 24x7. We moved from another provider 8 several weeks ago and therefore are very impressed.

Had email lower for the majority of the day and little response from support apart from "we are focusing on it". Starting the eighth outage of no or postponed email by 2-4 hrs

I have had Located Exchange clients (and my very own email) with Apps4Rent for more than 24 months now and would absolutely recommend their Located Exchange product. There is a little of bad press around after i began together so was a little sceptical, but was amazed. Since 2009 their support has truly enhanced - in speed as well as in quality - to the stage where I is now able to certain that I'll get quality support 24/7 for my 150+ customer mail accounts. Their costs are very competitive too. The negative - Used to do possess a located Kaseya service together for some time, that we gone to live in another provider due to insufficient support. My impression was that for that more mainstream / popular items like Exchange they could provide decent support, but less for any more niche product like Kaseya. But mostly positive encounters! Try them out!

We've our organization exchange mail boxes located together during the last three years. Overall good and reliable service. Support is prompt and useful however their instructions might be enhanced. We simply upgraded to 2010 wihtout a hitch over the past weekend.
