Hi Team,

I am wondering if any most people are going through difficulties with 123systems not refunding people. I have been waiting on the month and elevated two support tickets which gets designated to "Refunds" and absolutely nothing happens.

Thanks ahead of time.
maybe submit a support ticket towards the suppport dept and request what's going on

try calling 1-504-355-0082 (i first got it from whois)
Perhaps you have read their tos? Maybe it normally won't offer refunds.
Btw you are able to give them a call as CokeSir stated.
I requested reimbursement on my small cheap shared package in Feb since it never was setup following a week.

No refund up to now, plus they just keep closing out my tickets without any comments.

I saw not receiving reimbursement when the service permitted me to login, however it did not.

I can not recommend them ever.

Hello,
You need to contact them via phone or drop Andrew a PM. Per their Tos,

1f. All items are non-refundable. You will only get an refund if the organization (123Systems) feels you have the authority to get yourself a refund.
My assumption if they're closing check in, they don't feel that you ought to have the ability to obtain a refund.
It isn't worth time to give them a call over $ 10. I opened up check in initially simply because they sent us a welcome email and also the login/pass did not work they provided for the reason that message. The closed ticket was the support one, after no response for any week I requested reimbursement.

I have moved onto better hosting. They might be an excellent host for many, but apparently not for me personally.
Personally, I'd just ring their support line and ask for reimbursement this way. Regardless of how little or large how much money is, if you are unsatisfied then you ought to be prone to reimbursement - however, that being stated, they might not offer refunds.

I am speculating you've read their tos, privacy and refund policy, just before registering together?
yep, I just read their tos too. I am just voicing my anticipation of whenever you purchase something you need to receive it.

It's much more likely WHMCS instantly closing it after three days of no response.

From what I have seen, 123systems does not do this.

For reimbursement, yes they do not provide them (usually), but when you won't ever received the service, PM Andrew and I am sure he'll assist you

123systems and Andrew happen to be a lot more than useful with my VPS together!

I believe this can be a lengthy-standing Solus bug since i discover that with lots of VPSes I have used through the years, I set the main password at sign-up time however it does not work until I enter in the Clubpenguin and totally reset it.

You could try resetting the password within the Clubpenguin.
