Did anybody get an apology letter from WEBHOSTING.COM? The letter apologize for his or her bad service. Could they be prepared to give your money back towards the clients? Most likely they might not have an insurance policy to provide your money back towards the clients that the services are not given.
I'd published a note to some newsgroup mentioning that some customers had published poor reviews of webhosting - and that i got a bit of email from webhosting.com apologizing in my experience for that bad service I received. I needed to let them know which i had not, actually, been their customer (and not stated which i had), which my response was basically a discuss things I'd read elsewhere. Type of odd...

LOL, and also to believe that they never approached me about my website http://www.webhostingsucks.com . And they understand it is available knowing in the site stats which show webhosting.com as the most important domain in visits towards the site.

Incidentally, I've not had any issues with their service given that they include a new server however i dread the idea of ever requiring assistance or technical support from their store.
