The relevant area of the UBB license agreement reads "All copyright notices used through the program, inside the scripts and inside the HTML the scripts generate, MUST remain intact. In addition, these notices, including "powered by" wording that seems online, must remain visible towards the eye."

Because the wording Is seen, although lower in contrast, and could be read because it is, it doesn't represent any breach from the license agreement.
